i'm considering making a foam wig and have watched several videos about it. this is the only one that i've seen suggest buckram for the wig base (most others use thin craft foam). which method do you think is the best?

Hi , glad to watch your video descrbed all tips about stretched velvet I had had a problem couple of days I bought stretched polyester velvet it’s this is the first time it happened with this fabric when folding the fabric right side inside to sew it’s kept sticking white other piece which is very frustrating for me to sew I washed before cutting also used comfort to take the static from right side so difficult hope you tell me how to solve the problem too much static on the right side thank you from UK 🇬🇧 ❤

The first ltem is actually a common BACK BRACE . This one has metal staves along the spine. It is higher in the back for thoracic back injury and surgery support. Shorter ones support LUMBAR injury and post surgery. Common for men and women. Vintage ones would have garter straps and clips for stockings ( pre-pantihose).
